Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs

Within USD #1, CTE Programs operate across 10 DOC facilities and cover 15 vocational fields—including manufacturing, culinary arts, hospitality, carpentry, and barbering. Led by certified instructors, these programs combine technical training with essential soft skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Training is delivered using industry-standard tools and technology, ensuring graduates are job-ready.
