Entry Point Staffing 

Entry Point Staffing, launched by CRI in 2020, is Connecticut’s first workforce training and temp staffing agency specifically for justice-impacted individuals. Candidates receive STRIVE training, a nationally recognized program focused on accountability, workplace readiness, and soft skills. Each participant is supported with two years of follow-up coaching and case management.

Employers benefit from a reliable stream of pre-screened, trained, and motivated workers who are supported both on and off the job. Entry Point serves as a bridge—preparing candidates while ensuring that businesses can confidently engage with Second Chance talent.
